Existing Perfect-Girl.co.uk customers will receive product information in the form of a news letter, if you prefer not to receive such information please contact us so we can amend our records. Our prices

The prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling. Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online using secure server PayPal.

Returns

If you are not happy with the goods ordered, please return in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely event of a product being damage during delivery or faulty on arrival, please inform us immediately and retain the product in its original packaging. We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation. In the event of damaged caused by neglect, accident and misuse by you no claim will be considered.

Delivery

Delivery subject to availability, usually within 2-4 days. Goods will be delivered by first class Royal Mail postage. Some products might take up to 28 days if shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will make every effort to keep you informed on stock availability and delivery times.
